Returns can be initiated via mail or in-store, by choosing 'Return this Item' from your POLAIR account, your delivery confirmation email, or through customer support. Upon approval, a prepaid shipping label will be sent via email or downloadable from your POLAIR account.
All items should be kept in their original state with labels attached and intact within 30 days of purchase. Note that Made to Order and personalized items cannot be returned.
